YOUR CHALLENGES: Ensure that orders are processed effectively, either by phone, emails or faxes Process each order in the computer system accurately Provide exceptional customer service to our clients Process calls to all customers as required by the cheese factory Dealing with customer complaints and resolve problems to keep an outstanding customer service What You Have WHAT YOU HAVE: Minimum High School Diploma and /or equivalent experience and education Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced workplace Excellent attention to details and high precision when you perform your job daily tasks.
