Housekeeper for Senior Care at Optima Living, St. Albert

This role reports to the Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning tasks, ensuring safe environments, and responding to resident needs. You will adhere to person-centered care practices while promoting maximum independence in alignment with Optima Living's values.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping and dusting • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, and surfaces • Maintain tidiness in bedrooms and common areas • Change linens and make beds following procedures • Safely handle cleaning agents per protocols

Requirements:• Experience in housekeeping or care settings preferred • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively • Flexibility to work various shifts
