Full-Time Commercial Insurance Advisor Role, St. Albert

Join our Vegreville, AB team as a Commercial Insurance Advisor on a permanent full-time basis. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and account development.

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing Commercial Lines policies. Key activities include quoting new business, retaining clients, and advising on insurance needs. You will also handle documentation and engage in community marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:• Service ongoing client insurance needs and inquiries • Retain and develop your book of business effectively • Quote new business via outbound calls and outreach • Interact with Underwriters for policy discussions • Prepare necessary insurance documents and applications

Requirements:• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education • AIC Level I or II General Insurance License • Excellent proficiency in EPIC and MS Office • Prior Commercial Insurance experience is advantageous • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
