Gate Ave service is a family owned and operated 5 bay automotive repair facility in st.albert. were looking for a full time driver that can also assist customers and have a entry level of mechanical skills as in doing tire repairs and changeovers. Wiper blade replacement and bulb replacement. Cleaning the shop and keeping it tidy is also a requirement. Clean driving record and over 25 for insurance is preferred. Duties - Greet guests warmly, providing outstanding hospitality and guest services throughout their visit - Safely operate vehicles with manual transmission to deliver or pick up vehicles at various locations within - Manage parking arrangements efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and adherence to parking regulations - Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, providing clear communication and helpful solutions - Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or fees, maintaining proper cash handling procedures - Support dealership operations by performing delivery runs, pickup services, and light retail duties such as cashiering or inventory assistance - Maintain detailed records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and customer interactions to ensure smooth workflow Skills - Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor - Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments is a plus - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred - Knowledge of parking regulations and navigation skills within the city - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Dealership or automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required - Delivery driver experience demonstrating reliability and punctuality - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math efficiently - Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Join us in delivering top-tier service while driving success!
