Early Childhood Educator (St. Albert)

What You’ll Do - Support the delivery of an Emergent Curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children - Foster children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development - Maintain accurate daily documentation, health checks, and safety standards - Assist with classroom transitions and daily routines - Collaborate with families and external professionals such as Speech and Occupational Therapists - Step in to support classrooms as needed and contribute to a positive team setting - Participate in required training sessions and team meetings when scheduled What You Bring - Valid Alberta ECE Certification - Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B - Clear Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the last 3 months) - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach - Flexibility and reliability to work on an on‑call basis - Ability to lift and/or support up to 45 lbs Why Join Kids & Company? - 35% child care discount - 20 days of FREE backup child care per year - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive, inclusive organization - Ongoing recognition of your contributions and impact Kids & Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
