Location: Foothills Industrial Park, Calgary SE Type: Part Time. Eligibility Between 15 and 30 years old at the start of the summer job Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the job Legally entitled to work in Canada under relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations, and possessing a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of the job What You’ll Do Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and updates that capture attention and drive interaction. Source, edit, and design graphics and photos that reflect our mission and community. Assist in refreshing weekly content to keep messaging timely and relevant. Help optimize and manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Communities, and Google Business. Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Support the development and maintenance of a consistent social media calendar. Take customer orders and enter through an online portal (WooCommerce, QuickBooks). Pick orders in the warehouse and ensure all items are correct. Assist with keeping the warehouse clean, organized and ensuring all stock is put away. This is a hybrid role for office/warehouse with lifting of 50 lbs. Qualifications / Skills / Job Requirements Current university or college student (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar preferred) Interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube (posting, trends, basic editing) Basic understanding of SEO Solid communication and writing skills Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar Interest in food, baking, or creative industries is a bonus 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably in a customer service or food service environment (no experience will be considered for the right candidate) High school diploma required Exhibit strong organizational skills in a quick‑paced environment Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office suite, Google, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, WooCommerce) Proficiency in typing and multitasking Basic math and reading comprehension Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently throughout the day Exemplifies empathy, integrity, and superb customer service Must speak and write fluent English Job Type and Hours Part‑time. 20–30 hours per week.
