Overview Northbridge Risk Services Manager, Commercial Auto – responsible for advanced risk management, delivery of advisory, consulting, training, and education services within an assigned region and for the operational day‑to‑day functions of the department and staff. Responsibilities Deliver advanced risk management techniques and implement department direction. Manage the provision of risk services advisory, consulting, training, and education services. Lead daily operations, coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff. Develop and maintain professional relationships with brokers and/or customers. Apply best business practices toward advanced risk management techniques. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Minimum university degree or college diploma, or equivalent industry‑specific experience. Solid verbal, presentation, and written skills in English and French. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and time‑management skills. Advanced instructional techniques, customer relationship management, and analytical skills.
