Responsibilities Report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, legal, compliance, risk management, donor services, and lease management. Shape strategy, enable informed decision‑making, and strengthen organizational performance for the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Lead enterprise‑wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Advance transformation initiatives that enhance effectiveness, transparency, and impact. Serve as the executive lead for the Finance, Audit & Technology Committee of the Board of Directors, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Oversee donor services and financial reporting. Lead enterprise risk management and business continuity initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strategic, forward‑thinking financial leader with experience at the executive level. CPA designation required. Proven track record in financial management, legal, compliance, and risk. Progressive leadership experience in complex organizations. Reputation for sound judgement and credibility with senior stakeholders and Boards. Ability to translate financial insight into strategic action. Engaging, values‑driven leader who builds trust and high‑performing teams.
