Business, Architecture or Engineering Valid Driver’s License Duties Driving and successfully achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Networking and meeting with General Contractors, Contractors, Developers and Architects including lunch and learns to position the company as supplier of elevating equipment Developing, managing and growing current and existing accounts Review elevator specifications and architectural drawings to prepare estimates and deliver quotes to prospective customers Review project specifications and remove/change items not in line with our company terms Effectively use the CRM tools and follow-up on all quotes for potential sales Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms Prepare booking packages and coordinate approval drawings Visit job sites to conduct measurements and check status to determine installation date Serve as a liaison between Sales, Field Operation teams and Customers Take projects from initial enquiry through sale to delivery When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes of payment Analytical skills monitoring the competitive workplace Perform other duties as assigned Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pkzq1
