Blue Sky Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities Lead client discovery sessions and gather business requirements Analyze business processes and design CRM solutions aligned with client needs Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations Lead workshops, demonstrations, and user training sessions Support testing activities, issue resolution, and go-live activities Provide strategic guidance and CRM best practices to clients Qualifications 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions Strong expertise in Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and related modules Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization Consulting experience with multiple client engagements is preferred Robust communication and stakeholder management skills Microsoft certifications are considered an asset Preferred Skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Experience with integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered a robust asset #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pkzyx
