The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, execution‑focused Operations Director to oversee and optimize the day‑to‑day operations of the business. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to: Improve operational flow Increase accountability Drive process discipline Strengthen inventory and production controls Improve ERP utilization Build scalable operational systems Help remove bottlenecks across departments You will oversee operational coordination across: Manufacturing, Inventory & warehouse operations, Procurement, Shipping & receiving, Production scheduling, Equipment readiness, Service coordination, Operational process improvement.
