Job Description We are seeking a motivated and adaptable accounting professional to join our Corporate Accounting team during an exciting period of transformation. This role will support day‑to‑day financial and accounting activities, enabling core team members to focus on a major ERP implementation initiative. As the organization continues to evolve, this position offers exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities and opportunities to contribute across multiple areas where support is most needed. Key Responsibilities Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist with balance sheet and income statement analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support financial reporting and internal management reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and respond to ad‑hoc requests. Help maintain strong documentation, controls, and audit readiness. Provide flexible coverage across accounting processes as priorities shift. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. 2~5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; prior Corporate Accounting experience is preferred. Solid understanding of core accounting principles; working knowledge of US GAAP is an asset but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving responsibilities. ERP experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an asset but not required. CPA designation or in progress is preferred.
