Medicine Hat Nissan is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our leadership team. This is a fast-paced role inside a franchise automotive dealership where accuracy, accountability, and follow-through matter every single day. While dealership experience is considered a major asset, we are equally interested in candidates with a strong proven background in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll administration, and HR support who are looking for a long-term career prospect. This position plays a critical role in the financial and operational management of the dealership and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and create structure in a busy environment. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping Experience handling payroll administration and HR-related functions Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Professional communication skills Strong computer and administrative skills A calm, steady approach in a fast-moving environment Experience with dealership systems such as PBS or Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset, but not required Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: Assisting with dealership accounting processes and reconciliations Payroll processing and payroll administration HR administration, onboarding, and employee file management Daily cash, banking, and accounts payable/receivable oversight Preparation and submission of financial statement reporting to banks, Nissan Canada, and dealership ownership Supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes Monitoring schedules, reporting deadlines, and compliance requirements Maintaining accurate records and internal controls Supporting department managers and dealership leadership Helping ensure operational processes are followed consistently and accurately What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health and dental benefits A stable, growing organization with long-term opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Ongoing training and development Opportunity to build a meaningful long-term career If you are someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, accountability, and being the person who keeps things together behind the scenes, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pm2u1
