Join One of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Brokerages We are currently hiring an office administrator to support our growing brokerage. This role focuses on policy servicing, client support, and administrative coordination across personal and commercial insurance lines. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day service support for existing insurance clients Process policy changes including endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements Assist with renewals, documentation, and follow-ups with insurers and underwriters Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Maintain accurate notes and records in the brokerage management system Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a skilled manner Support the sales and underwriting team as required Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance office preferred Alberta General Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities Comfortable working with deadlines Bilingual proficiency in English and Punjabi is preferred.
