Operations Manager - Inventory and Warehouse (HHC) (Alberta)

About the role Calgary Co-op's Home Health Care division is looking for a dynamic and community-minded Operations Manager to lead our inventory and warehouse operations. You will drive day-to-day performance across our HHC locations — delivering on financial results, operational efficiency, and the exceptional service our members rely on. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations of HHC locations, upholding Calgary Co-op's brand standards, merchandising practices, and policies. Own centre-level budgets across sales, margins, expenses, profits, and EHP — providing leadership toward financial targets. Build and sustain a collaborative, supportive team culture through skilled, people‑first leadership. Ensure full compliance with government regulations and professional standards applicable to the home health care industry. Manage facilities, fixed assets, merchandise, and inventory — including purchase orders, price integrity, invoices, and cash handling. Champion high customer service standards through active monitoring and timely resolution of customer feedback. Lead all aspects of employee relations: hiring, training, performance management, development, and discipline. Drive Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) participation and ensure employees are informed and compliant with all relevant legislation. Act as a community liaison and public relations representative for Calgary Co-op within the facilities and communities we serve. Provide ongoing recommendations for continuous operational improvement and implement action plans as needed. Undertake and perform additional assignments as directed. Qualifications Required Grade 12. Three years’ management experience. Preferred Five or more years’ management experience. Business‑related education. Medical‑related education or background.
