Customer Service Professional (CSP) We’re currently hiring for a full time Customer Service Professional (CSP) for our Edmonton Customer Solutions Centre. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but at the core of this position is understanding and meeting our customers’ needs. As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll be a key brand ambassador – listening to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your role is to provide clear information, resolve issues, and process transactions seamlessly. Each day, you’ll be responsible for: Communicate with customers - including contractors, dealers, homeowners, and our sales partners – to provide accurate, timely information Completing all required paperwork accurately and on time, from processing orders to creating detailed sales quotes Supporting the sales team with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations Preparing and quoting chargeable service work, including parts and labour, to keep customers informed of costs. Scheduling installations and coordinating Service Technicians efficiently, maximizing each day’s appointments for a full, efficient schedule.
