About the Role We are a growing home service company in Alberta and are looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to join and lead our in-office team. This role is a managerial position where you will assist in many key areas of the business including administrative and sales. Key Responsibilities Set goals with, schedule and assist our outbound calling team. Support day-to-day office operations and assist the team as needed. Help book customers alongside the team through outbound calling. Work directly with the business owners to ensure targets are being hit. Grow into different areas of the business as necessary. Qualifications & Skills Robust communication and customer service skills. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, CRM experience an asset). Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Previous receptionist or office experience is an asset but not required. What We Offer $25/hour, paid weekly or bi‑weekly. Full‑time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
