Elevate client relationships as an Account Coordinator at Critical Mass. This role supports the Account Manager with meeting coordination, client communication, and presentation preparation in a dynamic environment. In this position, you will be the right-hand person to the Account Manager and VP, Client Partner, playing a vital role in organizing client meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in project coordination. Your work will require engaging with various teams, managing schedules, and being a crucial link between the agency and clients.
