Sales Representative (Retail) - Southern Alberta The Sales Representative’s mission will be to achieve and/or exceed planned territory/provincial objectives by budget and volume and maximize brand distribution through personal contact at licensee and retail level. Benefits Health & dental perks start on day 1 Company match RRSP plan Purchase your favourite Suntory products with an allowance Enjoy work‑life balance with 3 weeks of vacation annually plus personal, sick, and volunteer days Allowance for health & wellness Role Responsibilities Achieve sales fundamental targets monthly, quarterly, and annually Achieve commercial and financial targets set for the territory Grow territory share and beat the competition Call on retail and licensed accounts to sell and promote brands in one of Suntory’s key territories Consistently plan and review territory coverage Execute aggressive shelf and facing management, menu and back‑bar placement to maximize distribution objectives Maximize display and merchandising opportunities Maximize retail, on‑premise and consumer penetration of brands Know features and benefits of Suntory and competitor brands Develop and maintain overall beverage‑alcohol knowledge Recognize competitive activity and assess opportunities for the company Conduct retail and on‑premise training programs competently Prepare and submit required reports, update trackers and sales journal promptly Manage budgets to maximize effectiveness Execute on‑premise promotions and retail samplings Ensure all account information is up to date and display wins on Viva Engage weekly Some evening and weekend hours are required Qualifications Diploma or degree in Business/Commerce Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Minimum 2 years of previously related sales experience – CPG preferred Physically able to lift 16–18 kgs on a regular basis Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends Role Specific Competencies Commercial and financial acumen – consider and quantify impact of potential risks and opportunities for the business Delivering results – achieves goals and meets deadlines, streamlines existing processes and procedures Interpersonal understanding – develops and maintains productive internal and external relationships Leadership – inspires and motivates others to perform Management of change – successfully adapts to changing situations, manages ambiguity in the function or role Strategic thinking – thinks broadly to solve problems and provide direction #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pn8nq
