Position Overview Training Development and Life Cycle Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – LVCTS Project (Land Vehicle Crew Training System). Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Salary range: 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD. Responsibilities Lead a cross‑functional team of customer representatives, supplier representatives and internal Raytheon functional members. Develop and execute the Training Development IPT’s objectives in alignment with contract scope and technical specifications, managing cost, schedule and performance for all deliverables. Design and implement the LVCTS Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Maintenance Program. Manage the development and on‑time delivery of all ILS artifacts (ILS Plan, Publications, Logistics Support Analysis, System Effectiveness, Configuration Management). Oversee the development and on‑time delivery of the LVCTS training program (Training Needs/Media Analysis, Acceptance and Verification processes). Foster collaboration and communication across multi‑disciplinary IPTs and the overarching Plenary IPT to ensure successful program execution. Ensure on‑time delivery of all customer and subcontractor deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. Hold and facilitate regular design reviews, subcontractor performance reviews, customer meetings and progress tracking, identifying risks and opportunities for LVCTS Program Management. Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology, estimate and communicate remaining work scope on contract requirements. Assign tasks, manage personnel, and coordinate technical and non‑technical disciplines to complete IPT work. Track IPT progress against the plan, control costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Prepare IPT status reports, cost estimates and documentation; communicate with stakeholders, management and team members. Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety codes, industry regulations and applicable legal requirements. Ensure team members comply with Raytheon Environmental, Health and Safety program and receive necessary training and supervision for safe work performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Training, Logistics or Program Management (or equivalent). Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, ILS or training development, preferably in defence or aerospace. Solid expertise in project management (cost control, scheduling, technical performance, reporting). Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or near completion, with immediate RTX EVM certification upon hire. Exceptional leadership, decision‑making and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, Project, SharePoint). Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS. Knowledge of modeling and simulation applications and architectures for large‑scale training. Bilingual in English and French is an asset. Familiarity with Department of National Defence/Public Services and Procurement Canada is an asset. Experience managing ILS or training development projects within defence or aerospace sector is an asset. Willingness to travel as required for business needs, supplier engagement or program activities. Successful candidate will complete a criminal background check and obtain/maintain a Government of Canada security clearance and any applicable clearances with respect to handling and transfer of controlled goods.
