Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Graduate - Canada Location: Calgary, Canada Employment Type: Full‑timeStart Date: July 13, 2026Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm)Hybrid workplace: minimum 3 days in office Work Authorization: Candidates must have full‑time work authorization in Canada upon completion of their education and must not require sponsorship now or in the future. Key Responsibilities Be an integral part of Product/Scrum teams to understand, define, and test solution requirements in Cloud environments. Develop applications using cutting‑edge technologies such as .NET Core, Microservices, NodeJS, C#, PowerShell, SQL, Analytics, and Monitoring to meet functional and non‑functional requirements with built‑in quality. Participate in Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, estimating, backlog refinement, daily Scrum, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Author, review, execute, maintain, and test shared applications and/or tools. Develop, build, customize, deploy, and manage environments, test suites, and test‑automation frameworks. Maintain and enhance test‑automation suites using frameworks and tools. Define, design, build, and test solutions for our Cloud offerings. Perform Quality Assurance testing on applications to ensure they meet project requirements. Deploy industrial solutions into AVEVA’s cloud for customers. Network, collaborate, and improve domain skills such as Cloud Monitoring, logging, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon AWS cloud platforms. Write and debug automation scripts for tooling and / or shared infrastructure. Essential Requirements Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, graduating by June2026. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Desired Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or other cloud platforms. Hands‑on experience with orchestration technologies; Kubernetes is a plus. Preferred coding language of C# or other object‑oriented languages. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Strong desire to drive automated solutions and write tools and applications that streamline operational support and improve developer productivity. Excellent problem‑solving and requirement‑understanding skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Effective time‑management and prioritization in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Customer focus: ability to listen to customers, understand their requests, and address them proactively. Enjoyment of troubleshooting and solving challenging problems.
