Learning Development Coordinator Sunshine Village (Alberta)

Elevate learning at Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard Resort as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This role involves comprehensive training support while enjoying breathtaking alpine surroundings. In this integral role, you will drive training and education initiatives across resort operations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with department leaders and external partners to enhance guest service and safety through structured training programs. You'll ensure the Learning Management System is user-friendly and effective.
