Closing Date: June 12, 2026 Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Real Estate Financial Operations to play an instrumental role in developing and completing the financial reporting for the foreign real estate portfolio totaling over $8.5 billion. The role requires preparing year‑end consolidated financial statements, driving efficiencies across reporting cycles, and contributing to special projects. Responsibilities Prepare year‑end consolidated financial statements, working papers, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders in an accurate and timely fashion. Own a portfolio of properties by loading data, validating uploads, preparing consolidation working papers from detailed property‑level financial data, and answering audit queries. Prepare quarterly fund market value updates, entry and validation of loan terms and amortization. Lead the annual budget process for the portfolio of properties. Research and prepare accounting policy papers supporting reporting standards and accounting treatments for transactions. Participate in onboarding new investments, system setup, roll‑up and cascading rules design in Yardi, and develop reporting requirements with property and asset managers. Act as the accounting point of contact for external property and asset managers. Ideal Candidate Completion of CPA designation. 5+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to real estate. Prior experience with Yardi Asset Management Software is preferred. Knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP. Strong analytical and interpretive skills, able to prepare reports and make recommendations. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Demonstrates commitment to excellence, transparency, humility, integrity, and collaboration.
