Description
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is a key finance business partner responsible for financial planning, performance management, and decision support within People Corporation. The successful candidate partners closely with the Director, Finance to support the Product Centre teams, including PFHR, Collage, Health Solutions, OSI, DCI, and works closely with senior business leaders to provide insight into financial performance, support business casing, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and evolving business strategies. Finance Business Partnering & Decision Support Act as a primary FP&A; business partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decision‑making. Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating financial data into clear and actionable insights. Support leadership with ad‑hoc analysis related to growth initiatives, restructuring activities, compensation changes, and investment decisions. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and working versions for Product Centre teams. Prepare monthly financial presentation materials to report on the department’s status against its financial, strategic, and operational objectives. Manage and validate commission models and calculations, including budgeted commissions, true‑ups, and complex compensation structures. Management Reporting & Performance Insights Prepare and review monthly financial reporting materials, including performance summaries, variance explanations, and executive‑level commentary. Contribute to consolidated reporting and performance dashboards used for senior management reviews and board‑level materials, as required. Qualifications Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence decision making. Strong experience in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. Proven ability to translate financial data into clear business insights for senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred. Benefits Learn by working alongside our experts. This represents base salary only and does not include other variable compensation components such as annual bonus or commission.
