Description
Our client is seeking a part-time HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build hands‑on experience in HR and recruitment while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. If you enjoy staying organized, connecting with people, and being part of the hiring process from start to finish, this could be a great fit. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience supporting recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting phone screens, managing job postings, preparing new hire documentation, assisting with onboarding coordination, and supporting general HR tasks. Experience with BambooHR is required. This role is based out of the Calgary office. The successful candidate will be self-directed and comfortable working independently, while also being proactive and ready to jump in to support the team where needed. Duties and Responsibilities Posting and maintaining job advertisements across various platforms Reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates Conducting initial phone screens Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers Preparing and sending new hire documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Maintaining and updating the HRIS system with current employee information Assisting with onboarding coordination and orientation planning Providing general administrative and HR support as required Education Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is considered an asset Experience 1+ year of experience in an HR or recruitment support role is required Experience with BambooHR is required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proactive problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently, while contributing to a team Base Salary $22‑25/hr Salary based on experience Work Hours 20‑24 hrs/week Adaptable scheduling options: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, or 3 full days per week (8‑hour days) Additional Notes This chance does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
