We are a fast-growing commercial construction and electrical company specializing in Tenant Improvements (TI), QSR builds, retail fit-outs, and facilities services. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Coordinator / Business Development Coordinator to become the engine that drives our lead generation and gets us approved on national account bid lists. This is a tactical, high-volume execution role (not a high-level rainmaker/closer position). You will focus on consistent daily outreach, decision-maker research, CRM mastery, follow-up management, and completing vendor registration paperwork for major chains.What You’ll Own Every Week

Make 25 targeted phone calls and send 25 personalized emails Add 10+ recent contacts to the active pipeline Generate 5+ qualified leads per week (decision maker engaged + scope clarified) Manage every follow-up and keep the CRM / Excel tracker 100% up to date Complete and track vendor/bid-list registrations for national accounts including Walmart, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Target, Shake Shack, A&W, Walgreens, CVS, Loblaws, Home Depot, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Best Buy, Levi’s, Guess, and many more QSR, retail, medical, automotive, and franchise groups across USA&Canada What We’re Looking For

Upbeat, positive communicator who loves being on the phones and thrives on daily activity Persistent investigator who enjoys digging through LinkedIn, company directories, and databases to find decision makers Highly organized with strong CRM experience (or quick learner) and excellent follow-up skillsComfortable working across different industries (QSR, retail, medical, automotive, facilities services, or similar B2B sectors) or has the drive to learn them fast Team player who works seamlessly with Estimator, Project Manager, and Owners Bonus: Familiarity with construction/vendor processes or national account onboarding is a big plusWhat We Offer
