Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, childcare. This role involves designing engaging educational activities, supporting children's developmental needs, and collaborating with families and staff to promote an inclusive classroom setting.Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual student needs Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities Assist children with daily routines, including meal times, hygiene, and transitions Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a supportive learning workplaceMaintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities Utilize computer skills for documentation, lesson planning, and communication purposes Uphold safety standards and ensure a clean, organized classroom environment Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and organizational skillsExperience

Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching methods and classroom management skills Strong communication skills for interacting with children aged 4 and above , parents, and colleaguesDemonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Ability to utilize computer operation for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication tools Proven time management skills to balance instructional duties and administrative tasks Leadership qualities that foster a positive classroom atmosphere and team collaborationPay

$19.00-$20.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate
