Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaning to join our team. We are based out of St Albert, AB. Responsibilities - Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces - Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, appliances, and fixture - Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. - Take out garbage and recycling - Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher (if included in service) - Follow customized checklists or instructions for each home - Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns - Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) if provided - Ensure client confidentiality and treat homes with care and respect - Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client feedback. - Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Experience - Previous experience in residential cleaning. preferred minimal of 2 years experience.
