Builder Sales Representative (Fireplace) (Northwest Edmonton)

Wood & Energy Store is currently hiring for a full time Residential New Home Construction inside/outside sales consultant. Job Description: - Calling on builders to quote a wide range of hearth products - Provide Quotes to Builders on Wood, Gas and Electric Fireplace options - Provide customers with product information as needed - Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a resourceful manner - Manage product returns and exchanges - Ensure that all purchased items are delivered to the customers in a prompt manner - Schedule and provide required information to our Customer Service Team in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service to all clients - Schedule required site checks to customers homes when required Qualifications: - Business Management in Sales considered an asset - Knowledge in the fireplace industry is required - Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic computer knowledge - Experience with SAGE an asset - Confident and authoritative speaker with Confidence in your own abilities - Strong presentation skills - A high degree of self-motivation - A passion for selling - Personal ambition If you are interested in this excellent opportunity, reply in confidence.
