Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and qualify new dealer opportunities, turning cold prospects into warm conversations and long-term partners.You will spend the majority of your time prospecting, cold calling, following up, and creating opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify and prospect new dealer opportunities across target industries and territories - Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach - Execute high-volume cold calling and outreach activities daily - Qualify leads based on fit, opportunity size, and alignment with NightRider’s ideal dealer profile - Book meetings and generate sales-ready opportunities for the next stage of the sales process - Research accounts, understand their business, and tailor outreach messaging accordingly - Consistently follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline - Track all activities, notes, and opportunities accurately in the CRM - Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to refine outreach strategies and messaging - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities - Continuously improve outreach techniques, scripts, and conversion strategies What You Bring - A true hunter mindset with a strong drive to win new business - Resilience and comfort with rejection, using it as motivation to improve - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers - High level of activity, urgency, and self-motivation - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline effectively - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or other - Confidence using tools like Excel, Teams, and prospecting platforms - Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong asset, especially in B2B environments What Success Looks Like - Consistently hitting daily and weekly outreach targets - Building a strong, qualified pipeline of new dealer opportunities - Generating a steady flow of booked meetings and sales-qualified leads - Contributing directly to revenue growth through new dealer acquisition Why Join NightRider™ LEDS? - Competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives - Clear growth path into closing or senior sales roles - High-impact role directly tied to company growth - Supportive, fast-paced, and team-driven environment - Work alongside people who are passionate about winning Ready to Hunt?
