Atb Compliance Assurance Analyst Role Alberta

Become a key player in ATB's Compliance Assurance team with a hybrid work model. This full time role supports governance in Compliance Assurance, Data Privacy, and Operational Risk. As a Compliance Assurance Analyst at ATB, you’ll collaborate with first and second line of defense teams while reporting to the Director of Compliance Assurance. Your role involves developing compliance assurance programs, administering regulatory compliance activities, and refining operational risk frameworks. You’ll also work to enhance GRC initiatives for improved data insights and automation in compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement compliance assurance programs across multiple domains • Administer the Material non-Public Information Program via MyComplianceOffice (MCO) • Support the Privacy team with Access requests and complaint management • Review and assess control effectiveness through testing evidence • Distill compliance issues into actionable recommendations for leadership Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management • 3+ years of experience in risk assessment or internal controls • Knowledge of OSFI regulatory requirements • Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential • Robust communication abilities, both verbal and written Join ATB's Compliance Assurance team and leverage your skills to enhance regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
