Arconic is seeking an experienced Country Controller to manage financial affairs for Kawneer Canada in Lethbridge. This role requires a solid leader with a minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including 5 years in a Controller position. You will partner with the Plant Manager while ensuring adherence to GAAP and driving the month-end closing process. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a finance team to ensure operational efficiency • Develop accounting practices for accurate financial statements • Supervise compliance with Canadian and US GAAP • Oversee monthly and quarterly budget preparation • Collaborate with procurement to analyze vendor spending Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting • Minimum 10 years experience in finance or accounting • At least 5 years in a Controller role • CPA designation required • Solid leadership and analytical skills Lead the financial direction of Kawneer Canada while building a team and enhancing compliance at Arconic.
