Duties Take an active role in producing and presenting all food products involved in catering operations to maintain the best quality food style possible. Aid in the transportation of all food products. Maintain product consistency by regularly conducting inspections of seasonings, portions and appearance of food. Provide ongoing input to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef for menus, create and develop menus, recommend recipes, and produce consistent and quality food products.
