Inbound Customer Service Representative, St Catharines

Full-time | In-Office | St. Catherines, ON, Canada **About The Role** We're recruiting for highly talented Inbound Customer Service Representatives who will support our client’s charity partners. In this role, you’ll provide our donors and fundraisers with verification services and be held accountable for exceptional donor experience with a focus on service, technical accuracy and compliance. Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be an integral part of growing our donor-centric culture.
