Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences! **Kingpin St Catharines** is a centrally located at The Niagara Pen Centre, premium entertainment destination for casual users, social and corporate groups. It includes 24 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, including 8 VIP lanes for private gatherings and special events. A variety of arcade games, 9 tech-infused interactive mini golf holes, unique food and beverage options, exclusive birthday parties packages, and more! **What will you be doing?** - Responsible for our customers experiences - Take food orders at bar and assists with food services as required, utilizing suggestive selling techniques and knowledge of all menus. - Presenting menus and serving food and beverages; maintaining knowledge of all menus - Complying with all food and beverage regulations - Prepare classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & spirits beverages. - Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality. - Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition; Maintain bar area and glassware throughout the shift, prepare the opening and closing. - Maintain and control inventory of bar stock and supplies; Maintains kegs; Stocks shelves in the bar area. - Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility - Ensuring all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition **What we're looking for?** - Smart Serve certificate is required - Must be of legal age to serve alcohol - 1-2 years of serving experience - Excellent Customer Service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral - Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays This position is for an open vacancy currently available within our organization Bingemans welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
