Analyze and report KPIs related to production rates, maintenance costs, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Promote equipment‑focused efficiency and reliability improvements across facilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, equipment integration, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and equipment commissioning.
Experience supporting change management and operational‑excellence initiatives.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
