Controller St. Catharines Area $120,000$130,000 Full-time | 100% On-Site Perks Company-paid benefits Profit-sharing bonus program Prospect to join a collaborative and people-focused leadership team High-impact role with visibility across the business Stable, growing organization with long-term opportunity Responsibilities Lead accounting operations, reporting, and compliance activities Manage consolidated reporting across multiple entities, including CAD/USD and FX Oversee month-end close and deliver timely management reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership and stakeholders Drive process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and system enhancements Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while remaining hands-on Support audit readiness, internal controls, and operational finance initiatives Assets CPA designation 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager role Strong financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis experience Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany, and FX Proven experience managing a timely month-end close process Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness Experience in inventory-heavy distribution, wholesale, or retail environments preferred Must be comfortable working fully on-site Disclaimer: We are currently conducting pre-interviews for a role that we anticipate will be received within the next 1-2 weeks.
