Production Assembly Technician St. Catharines, ON - On site Manufacturing Competitive hourly compensation in the range of $26–$35/hour based on experience, plus overtime opportunities, benefits, and a collaborative team culture. Our client, an expanding manufacturer within the specialized electronics sector, is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to support the assembly of custom technical products and components. This is a hands‑on production role suited to someone who enjoys detailed assembly work, working with tools and technical components, and contributing within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will join a high‑energy team focused on quality, collaboration, and continued growth. The Role: - Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications - Support the production and integration of custom‑built technical products and assemblies - Use hand and power tools to complete precision assembly tasks - Read and interpret assembly drawings and basic technical documentation - Perform product inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process - Collaborate with production and technical teams to support workflow and manufacturing deadlines - Assist with inventory organization, material preparation, and workstation setup as required - Maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department The Ideal Candidate: - Previous experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or technical assembly environments - Hands‑on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and technical components - Ability to read assembly drawings and follow detailed work instructions - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work - Reliable, team‑oriented, and motivated to contribute within a growing organization - Experience working with electronic or electrical products is considered an asset - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment with changing priorities - Positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued - Stable work history demonstrating accountability and strong work ethic JobID# #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o1qyg
