This role offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make clients look and feel their best through expert styling and personalized care. * - Responsibilities Provide qualified hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and treatments tailored to client preferences. - Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering style recommendations, and ensuring a positive salon experience. - Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations. - Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to clients’ hair types and styling needs. - Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and managing walk-in clients. - Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. - Foster effective communication with clients to ensure clarity on services provided and aftercare instructions. * - Skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. - Expertise in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling. - Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to meet client needs while supporting salon goals. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. - Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred. - Front desk experience is a plus, including appointment management and basic administrative tasks.
