Job Type: Full-Time | Contract (4 months– 1 year)
Location: Niagara Region
Salary: $18/hour + Generous Performance Bonus
Role Overview We are seeking motivated and outgoing
Marketing Co-op students
to join our team as Community Ambassadors. This role provides hands‑on experience in
brand promotion, customer engagement, and market research .
You will represent our company in the community, helping promote our Home&Auto Insurance solutions while gaining real-world experience in
marketing strategy, lead generation, and consumer behavior .
Key Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach through
Door-to-Door engagement and condo lobby activations
Promote brand awareness and communicate key value propositions to potential clients
Educate residents about insurance savings and better coverage options
Collect verified customer information (renewal dates, number of vehicles, contact details)
Achieve daily target of 7–8 qualified leads
Support
lead generation campaigns
and track performance metrics
Assist in executing
local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies
Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve messaging and targeting
Always maintain professional representation of the company
Work independently as well as in a team
What We Offer
Base pay: $18 per hour + performance-based bonus on every verified lead

Requirements
Excellent communication&interpersonal skills
Confident, polite and resilient personality
Comfortable walking and standing for long hours
Previous sales, retail, or door-to-door experience is a big plus
Must have a valid work permit / SIN (for Canada)
Clean criminal record

Can handle rejection and stay motivated
