Full-Time | Contract Position

MGR Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator / General Labourer for a project based in Thorold, Ontario.

This role will involve operating a Bobcat/skid steer along with assisting the crew with general labour duties on-site. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Job Duties

Operate Bobcat / skid steer equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials

Perform general labour tasks around the job site

Site cleanup and debris removal

Support crew members with daily operations

Follow all site safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

Previous Bobcat/skid steer operating experience

Valid certification is considered an asset

Ability to perform physically demanding work

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Steel toe boots and reliable transportation required

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Pay&Position Details

$24.00 per hour

Contract position

No payroll deductions taken from pay

MGR Workforce will cover WSIB

Bi-weekly pay
