Junior Accountant . This is an excellent opportunity for a

CPA candidate

looking to build practical experience in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.

This role offers exposure to

costing, inventory, and full-cycle accounting , along with mentorship and support as you progress through your CPA designation.

Compensation of $55,000– $62,000 + health benefits + RRSP match

Long‑term growth within the organization

Key Responsibilities: General Accounting&Month-End

Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and reconciliations

Perform bank and account reconciliations

Support preparation of financial statements

Accounts Payable&Receivable

Process and code invoices with appropriate approvals

Assist with payment runs and vendor reconciliations

Support invoicing, cash application, and collections

Inventory&Manufacturing Accounting

Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliations

Support costing processes, including WIP and production analysis

Maintain accurate data within the ERP system

Payroll&Compliance Support

Assist with payroll processing and related remittances

Support HST filings and other statutory requirements

Reporting&Analysis

Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis

Support year‑end preparation and external accountants

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience (co‑op or internship experience considered)

Currently pursuing or planning to pursue CPA designation

Experience or interest in manufacturing or inventory‑based environments

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, or related field

Strong Excel skills (lookups, basic analysis, reconciliations)

ERP experience is an asset (e.g., Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
