Overview Huntington Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary clinic located in St. Catharines, Ontario. We have been providing love and exceptional medical care to cats & dogs in the Niagara Region since 1994. We are dedicated to providing compassionate veterinary care and exceptional client service. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for pet owners and their animals. Key Responsibilities - Welcome clients and pets with professionalism and compassion - Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries - Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments - Process payments and maintain accurate client records - Assist with administrative and clerical duties - Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications - Previous reception experience preferred - Veterinary clinic experience is considered an asset - Experience with Avimark veterinary software is an asset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure - Basic computer and administrative skills - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset - Compassion for animals and their ownersThis role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a customer-focused setting.
