Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving beverages, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage the bar’s inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of usage. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing orders and payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Demonstrate robust time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
