Bilingual Customer Service Representative (St. Catharines)

Kelly is hiring! We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor in St. Catharines, ON! In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll help our client with their Customer Service and Sales needs. What You’ll Do: - Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information - Encourage client to go beyond his initial need and requirement - Continuously generate sales by quoting according to customer specifications and personal recommendations - Following up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact - Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits - Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting - Create sales orders in ERP system - Re-connect with past customers based on review of historic sales - Access and provide product availability information - Correspond with customers, dealers, purchasers and sales representatives - Suggest and implement LEAN ideas to improve department processes - Generate the best possible business experience for our customer What We’re Looking For: - Post-Secondary Education or minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience. - Bilingual in English and French Salary: $55,000 If you're looking for an prospect where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further, and apply today!
