Customer Service Representative (St. Catharines)

Job responsibilities: - Attending front desk customers, receiving orders and sorting for the further processing - Bagging/Packaging of final cleaned and ironed clothes - Basic computer knowledge - Reporting to Manager -Plant Operations - Good organizational skills and team work - Monday to Saturday - Working hours may vary (35 to 40 hours a week) Job Duties: - Answer incoming customer inquiries - Record customer information within our customer service database - Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns - Sort and pack garments - Other duties as requested - Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Job Type: Full time Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p60l3
