Punctual, reliable, exhibiting time management and meeting deadlines, positive attitude, maintain effective work relationships Able to work independently as well as working well with others Good at problem solving, adjusting pace suited to needs of business Experience with Mercury and Legend products an assetWorking knowledge in outboard and sterndrive repair. Ability to rig and install components. Inspect and test engines to diagnose and isolate issues with mechanical or electrical parts. Perform scheduled service and maintenance, advise Service Writer of diagnosis, needed repairs, additional work needed, and cost estimate.Knowledge on all types of engines, diagnostics, small engine, marine, or automotive an asset Familiar with working orders such as summerizations, winterizations, maintenance, troubleshooting Maintain effective working relationships with other dealership members, exhibit timeliness, positive attitude, punctuality, and meet deadlines.All applicants must have the ability to get to the marina independently, and must be able to legally work in Ontario, Canada at time of application.
