Overview Huntington Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary clinic located in St. Catharines, Ontario. We have been providing love and exceptional medical care to cats & dogs in the Niagara Region since 1994. We are dedicated to providing compassionate veterinary care and exceptional client service. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for pet owners and their animals. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and pets with professionalism and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Process payments and maintain accurate client records Assist with administrative and clerical duties Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment Qualifications Previous reception experience preferred Veterinary clinic experience is considered an asset Experience with Avimark veterinary software is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Basic computer and administrative skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compassion for animals and their ownersThis role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a customer-focused setting.
