Key Responsibilities - Assist customers in person and by phone, providing knowledgeable guidance on appliance products and purchase options. - Generate sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and following up on quotes. - Enter customer orders, prepare quotes, and process payments accurately using computer systems. - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and options. - Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication, follow-up, and attention to detail. - Support overall retail sales goals by contributing to a helpful, organized, and customer-focused store environment. Compensation and Benefits - Compensation: $18.75 per hour. - Commission structure: Straight commissions. - Probation period support: $1,500 during the probation period of 3 to 6 months. - Pay frequency: Bi-weekly pay. - Benefits: Available after 3 months.
