Dispatcher - Niagara Region Transit (St. Catharines)

Voyago is hiring one Part-Time Dispatcher for our Transit Operations in the Greater Niagara Region to fill a current vacancy . As an onsite Dispatcher for our On Demand Service, you will take pride in playing a key role in ensuring the independence and mobility of our citys most vulnerable passengers. Your efforts will directly contribute to their ability to access essential services, appointments, and daily activities safely and comfortably by delivering excellent customer service, care and respect. Your Role You will be responsible for responding to calls quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during critical situations.
